Hire Terms and Conditions

1. Hire rates are based on a 7-day, 40-hour week. Hire charges commence when the plant is collected and terminate when it is returned. Plant is hired on a time out basis.

2. The Hirer agrees not to use the Plant in contravention of any statuary provision or in any way contrary to the law and to in all respects insure the owner against and from any and every expense, liability, loss, claim or proceedings whatsoever.

3. The Hirer agrees to pay the owner all costs incurred in rectifying the condition of the plant if returned damaged or unclean. The Hire charges continue until such rectification is complete.

4. If the Plant is reported lost or stolen, or not returned when the termination of the hire is requested by the Hirer, the hire will be deemed to end only when the Hirer pays the owner the manufacturers current list price.

5. The Hirer agrees not to re-hire or loan the plant to a third party, or to move the plant away from the site specified at the time of collection except to return it to the owner.

6. The Hirer is responsible for the following; daily maintenance including fuel, oil and grease, all damage to tyres and inner tubes, provision of personal safety equipment.

7. Delivery, if required, is chargeable and can only be made to hardstanding with good access.
